The Bridges to Host Fall Crafts Fair

The fair will be held Nov. 10 at the retirement community.

Get ready to shop. The Gifts and Crafts Fair, held at The Bridges Retirement Community, will take place Saturday, Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This one-stop holiday shopping event features more than 30 vendors. Shoppers will have an extensive selection of unique handcrafted and manufactured products to select from including holiday decorations, handmade crafts, stylish jewelry, pet accessories, sweet treats and much more. "Shoppers will be impressed by the wide variety of items that will be available for purchase. The Bridges Celebrates 3rd Anniversary

Residents, family, friends and staff celebrated with an evening of music.

The Bridges Retirement Community, 11202 Dewhurst Dr., Riverview, recently celebrated its third anniversary with a special evening affair for residents, family, friends and staff. To further the excitement of the night, the Just Two Duo performed music from the '40s, '50s and '60s. "We have a wonderful community of residents, family and staff. We all feel blessed to be part of The Bridges family," said Donna Steiermann, executive director at The Bridges. According to Claudia Wadsworth whose mother resides at The Bridges, "We are delighted we chose The Bridges for our mom.
