One lucky Riverview area resident has a bit more pocket change to throw around today. The unnamed resident is among four winners of Saturday's "Fantasy 5" game and will collect $69,768.91, the Florida Lottery said Sunday, May 5. Winning tickets were bought in Riverview, Lehigh Acres, Delray Beach and Miami, lottery officials reported. The 357 tickets matching four numbers won $126 each. Another 11,565 tickets matching three numbers won $10.50 each and 116,507 tickets won a Quick Pick ticket for picking two numbers. The numbers drawn Saturday, May 4 were 12-14-15-27-32.

The Florida Lottery announced that Jennifer Taylor, 51, of Riverview, claimed a $3 million top prize in the Gold Rush Tripler Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee. Taylor chose the one-time, lump-sum payment option for her winnings in the amount of $1,950,000. She purchased her winning ticket at Kenny’s Liquors, 11679 Boyette Road in Riverview. According to Florida Lottery officials, Ivette Cordova, 61, of Riverview, has claimed the top prize in the Lucky $1,000 a Week for Life Scratch-Off Game. She purchased the winning ticket at the Winn-Dixie at 9822 S. U.S. 301. Instead of $1,000 a week for life, Cordova opted to receive her winnings in a one-time, lump-sum payment of $851,769.89.
