Newsome Victory Celebration Tonight at Park Square Pizza
K Force will entertain from 7 to 10 p.m.
The Newsome High School Athletic Booster Club is inviting the community to celebrate its big win over the Durant High School Cougars football team Friday night by joining the players and fans at Park Square Pizza,16132 Churchview Dr., Lithia, The Wolves. led by coach Ken Hiscock, triumphed over its district rival 21-14 in the Class 7A-Region 2 semifinal, ending Durant's undefeated season. Newsome now advances to play Kissimmee Osceola next Friday. In the meantime, Park Square Pizza owner Salvatore Varotta is helping the team celebrate the big win tonight.
