Angelina's Fine Italian Cuisine Closes Its Kitchen in Valrico
Angelina's Fine Italian Cuisine has closed its doors in Valrico, but a new restaurant is planned to take its place in Brandon.
The Angelina's italian restaurant is closed in Valrico, across the street from Lithia Springs Elementary School, just north of the entrance to the River Hills Country Club and residential community. In 2003, Anthony Cimino brought his Neopolitan cuisine to Brandon when he opened Angelina's Italian Restaurant at 111 East Brandon Blvd. The restaurant had done a brisk eat-in and take-out trade and quickly became a favorite of Italian cooking aficionados with dishes such as Linguini al Frutti di Mare, a shellfish entrée prepared in the tradition of backstreet Napoli.
