In looking back at 2012, our 2012 Customer Service Challenge was one of our favorite things here at Bloomingdale Patch. We loved celebrating the businesses that do such a great job of taking care of their customers. After all, we're all neighbors, right? The readers of Bloomingdale-Riverview Patch chose The Coffee House in FishHawk Ranch as the local business with the best customer service.
Who has the best customer service in the Bloomingdale-Riverview area? We asked and you answered. Boy, did you answer! We started out with 64 businesses, and after weeks of polling to narrow down the field of players, The Coffee House has emerged the champion in Bloomingdale-Riverview Patch’s first-ever customer service competition. The Coffee House edged Orange Home Accessories by a final tally of 10,190 to 8,967 in the championship round of the contest. Shannon Coughlin, manager of The Coffee House, was thrilled to learn the business had won.
