Riverview Bakery Experiences Sweet Success

20-year-old opens tasty home-based business

It's a good thing Rich Caggia has a sweet tooth. His 20-year-old daughter, Cassandra, frequently uses him and other family members to test out her sweet treats for Ceejalina's Pasticciere, her home bakery business where she whips up a variety of confections for customers throughout the community. The Riverview High School graduate, who currently attends the University of South Florida where she's majoring in business, opened her bakery two years ago as a way to earn money for college. "I started baking when I was in high school, about five years ago, just making cupcakes for friends. I just love trying out new recipes.
