TADA has something for everyone! They offer every type of dance class, theater, tumbling/acro, voice, piano, guitar, etc. The director and teachers focus on offering a nurturing and wholesome environment for their students. The director takes a "common sense" approach to running the studio and tries to make things easy and affordable for parents. For example, they have a "family maximum" on tuition. So, if you have multiple students taking multiple classes, the discount is considerable. Also, costumes for shows are rented or borrowed, not purchased. Music and costumes are carefully screened and age appropriate. My children love going there and have gained a lot of confidence since joining TADA.
Also, The dance instructors are very experienced and knowledgeable. They all have dance degrees and/or have danced professionally. I was very impressed when I read their bios! Their BALLET program is particularly strong and they offer a separate ACCELERATED program for students who are seeking a career in dance. Many former students now dance professionally or have received scholarships for dance education.
All students have several performing opportunities throughout the year. Their productions are very professional. Every December they perform The Nutcracker with beautiful sets and choreography. This summer the theater department is performing Beauty and The Beast, Jr. at Blake HS. I can't say enough about our positive experience at TADA!
