Lightning Coach Takes to the Kitchen

We know he can coach, but can Lightning head coach Guy Boucher cook?

Residents will find out Saturday, Aug. 25 when Boucher heads to the kitchen of in Riverview for Cooking for a Cause.

Boucher will serve up a dinner buffet of carved roast beef, roasted chicken, pork medallions, potatoes au gratin, green beans almondine, Copper mac and cheese, Caesar salad, strawberry feta salad, cole slaw, rolls and dessert

Copper Bell, 11228 Boyette Rd., Riverview, is now taking reservations for Boucher's fundraising feast. Seatings are at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 or 7:30 p.m. The cost is $15.95 per person or $8.95 for children under 12.

All proceeds and gratuities will be donated to Team "For Our Girls," participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk for Breast Cancer.
