Lithia Springs Park Closed To Swimmers
You might want to heed this post before heading to Lithia Springs Regional Park for a swim.
If you're considering a relaxing dip at Lithia Springs to escape the summer heat, think again.
The Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department has closed the Lithia Springs swimming area due high water.
The Lithia Springs Regional Park is located at 3932 Lithia Springs Road in Lithia. Signs have been posted, and staff is on duty to monitor and alert the public of this closure. Patrons can still camp, kayak launch, picnic and use the playground.
