Lady Bulls Host Cougars

Bloomingdale will host the Durant Cougars on Tuesday, March 22, at 7 p.m.

After a tough opening week in March, the Lady Bulls have come full swing while putting together convincing wins in their last three games.

Bloomingdale (7-7-0, 4-1-0, first place, 6A Division 8) has won its last three games by outscoring teams a total of 26-2. In those three victories, the Lady Bulls pitching have tossed two back-to-back shut-outs over East Bay (10-0) and Brandon (13-0).

Coach Matt Carter's Durant (10-3-0, 7-0-0, first place, 5A Division 8) team will visit Bloomingdale on Tuesday night coming off of a very frustrating road tour that included teams from Manatee and Polk counties in which the Cougars have lost three in a row. Prior to Durant's nonconference play, the Cougars were undefeated, beating teams in commanding fashion while posting a 10-0-0 record.
