Asana Yoga of Brandon, 1252 Kingsway Road, Brandon, will offer a Kids Yoga Series for $50 from Aug. 25 to Sept. 15 on Thursdays from 4 to 5 p.m.
Kids will co-create this fun class while learning age-appropriate yoga poses through yoga games & songs. There will be a balance of movement and stillness. Kids will benefit from this practice by gaining body awareness and learning techniques for stress management, focusing attention, listening and self expression.
