Canine Cabana, 9708 Carr Rd., Riverview, will host its second annual Howloween event Thursday, Oct. 27. Dogs are invited to participate in a costume contest and traverse a life-sized maze complete with a hot dog trail. A portion of the proceeds will go to CARE, Critter Adoption and Rescue Effort Inc.
