Bloomingdale Bulls Face Strawberry Crest Chargers At Home Tonight
It's football tonight in Valrico, as an early day pep rally brings together the Bloomingdale High School community.
The Bloomingdale High School Bulls, coming off a preseason, 30-14 victory over Freedom, take to the football field at home tonight, Aug. 30, in a match-up against the Strawberry Crest Chargers. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
An early morning pep rally at the school is scheduled to be be live-streamed today, in anticipation of tonight's home game.
Bloomingdale faces the Chargers, who are 0-0 in district play and 1-0 overall. Strawberry Crest's' national ranking is 3,431; its state ranking, 210, according to MaxPreps.com. Under head coach John Kelly, the Chargers at Middleton on Aug. 23 scored a 33-0 shutout victory.
Under head coach John Booth, the Bulls (0-0 in league play and 1-0 overall) are ranked 3,348 in the nation and 203 in the state, according to MaxPreps.com.
Bloomingdale High School is at 1700 Bloomingdale Avenue in Valrico.
