St. Stephen Catholic Students Walk for Technology

Students participated in a walkathon Feb. 3.

On Friday, Feb. 3, St. Stephen Catholic School students in Riverview participated in their first Walkathon For Technology.

Held during Catholic Schools Week, the students, accompanied by their grandparents and cheered on by faculty and staff of the school, walked around a quarter-mile area for 45 minutes.

During the weeks prior to the event, the students and their families sought sponsorships and donations to the school. All donations will help the school support its state-of-the-art technology program and purchase additional Smartboards for its classrooms.
