The Bridges retirement community is partnering with the American Association of Wartime Veterans to offer a free seminar on a federal benefit to help offset the cost of living in a retirement community for a wartime veteran or surviving spouse.
The seminar will take place April 26 at 6 p.m.
Any member of the armed services who served at least 90 days during a war is eligible for a $1,644 or more reimbursement for assisted on independent living expenses.
