What happens when children, dogs and books are brought together? The development of happy, confident children who love to read! Children take turns reading to an adorable dog during Tail Waggin' Tutors Friday, March 30 at 4 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico.
