So - how many singles come (men and women)? I really hope there are single men to dance with. And, what do newbies usually wear?

Due to complications, the Hillsbrough Parks and Recreation Dept. has not gotten the Caller/teacher background check done so classes will not start until December or January. In reply to kingsdaughter524 question, newbies usually wear comfortable casual clothes ( no tank tops or no short shorts ). As for how many singles come I can't say as to the number of people that have signed up for classes. All I can say is keep in touch with me docdanbob@gmail.com for date of starting classes. Classes have now started for the Bay Area Twirlers Square Dance Club. Caller/teacher Bob Ormsby had 9 new students on Jan, 10th and is optimistic that next week there will be more new students. Classes will start at 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Dress code is casual (no tank tops or shoirt shorts) Class will be open to new students until Jan. 24th for newbies, Come out and learn a true American Dance. Square Dance is done all around the world, it doesn't matter what part of the world you may be in it is always called in ENGLISH as it is a true American Dance.
