Thanks to a grant received from Florida Blue and the Florida Literacy Coalition, the Emergency Care Help Organization is able to hold Healthy Living Classes every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon at ECHO, 507 N. Parsons Ave., Brandon. Participants learn where to go for healthcare, appropriate questions to ask healthcare providers, when to go to the hospital, how to properly take medications, how to choose healthy foods and other health tips. Sign up now for the next series of classes that will be held Oct. 10 to Nov. 14.
