The Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico, will offer a two-part series that will provide residents with the requirements for operating a restaurant, catering business or mobile food-dispensing cart as well as how to market their food industry business.
Part 1 will be offered Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 10 a.m. and Part 2 will be offered Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 12:30 p.m.
The series is being presented by the Hillsborough County Small Business Information Center. Registration is required. Call 813-914-4028.
