Riverview Elections Office Closes Doors

With the General Election over, the Supervisor of Elections is closing its satellite office in Riverview.

Like the General Election, the Supervisor of Elections satellite office in Riverview is now history.

The satellite office at 10439 Gibsonton Dr., Riverview, along with another satellite office in the Citrus Park area, has closed its door effective Nov. 21.

"These two offices not only allowed us to effectively and efficiently serve the voters in our geographically diverse county, but we were also able to utilize both locales for training, resupplying our early voting and election day polling places, and both locations served as great sites for us to quickly receive and upload our results on Election Night," said Earl Lennard, Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections.

The satellite office in Riverview opened in October 2011 to support the early voting sites.
