Sheriff's Office Seeks Bloomingdale Convenience Store Robber

The robber threatened the cashier with a pair of scissors.

 Hillsborough detectives are asking for the public's assistance in locating Michael Greene.  A warrant has been issued for Greene's arrest in
connection with the robbery of the Mobil 1 convenience store, 615 E. Bloomingdale Ave., Brandon, March 15 at approximately 3:30 a.m. at

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Greene entered the convenience store armed with a pair of scissors and physically forced the cashier into the back of the store while threatening her with the scissors. 

Greene allegedly removed an undisclosed amount of currency from the cash drawer and fled southbound on Kings Avenue riding a black mountain bike.

Greene was positively identified as the robbery suspect and a warrant has been
issued for his arrest.

He is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 167 pounds, medium build, bald with brown eyes.
