According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, earlier in the day, the school's resource deputy arrested Williams for fighting with another student on a school bus.

Williams, who was not handcuffed, asked to use the bathroom when he was taken to the school office, according to the sheriff's office. As he was being led to the bathroom, he pushed the two school officials escorting him, then pushed the school resource officer and fled from the school.
