Man Sought in Lithia Armed Robbery

The suspect brandished a knife and demanded money and cigarettes.

Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the subject seen in the surveillance photo. On Feb. 24 at approximately 11:13 p.m., the suspect entered the Circle K Store located at 10520 County Road 39 S. in Lithia and confronted the two clerks. The suspect brandished a knife and demanded money and cigarettes. After receiving an undisclosed amount of currency and cigarettes, the suspect fled northbound from the store on foot.

He is described as a white male, 18 to 22 years of age, 130-150 pounds with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a white knit cap with an “Independent” logo, black bandana over his face, black T-shirt with unknown white letters across the chest, dark blue gloves with a black wristband, a black rag wrapped around his right forearm, long blue jean shorts and white tennis shoes.
