Detectives Looking for Endangered Missing Valrico Woman

The mentally disabled 35-year-old was last seen Monday night before walking away from the Valrico group home where she lives.

Detectives are asking for the public's help in finding a mentally disabled woman who went missing from a Valrico group home.

Ivette Rodriguez, 35, walked away from the Sisters Care House, 4022 Quail Briar Dr., where she lives and has not been seen since about 8:30 p.m. Monday, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reported. Rodriguez, who has the mental capacity of a 9-year-old, has lived at the group home since June and has no family or friends in the area, detectives said.

Rodriguez is described as a white woman, 5-foot-5 and weighing 140 pounds. She has long, black curly hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.
