Oct. 9 and are free after posting $2,000 bonds each.

The dog is suffering from a severe skin infection caused by mite bites. Williams took the dog to the veterinarian on July 1 where she was diagnosed. The vet prescribed treatment but Williams never followed through, said Ryan.
