Services Planned For First Baptist of Riverview Deacon
Roger P. Butler died July 2 at the age of 77.
A funeral service for Roger P. Butler of Riverview will take place Saturday, July 6 at 11 a.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home in Riverview.
Butler died July 6 at the age of 77.
Butler retired after 37 years with Cargill. He was a loving husband and father who dedicated his life as a eeacon and elder of First Baptist Church of Riverview.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Emily; daughter, Lyrae (Rick) McFarland; brother, David Butler of Georgia; and grandchildren, Kinsey Sosa, Clay, Cole, Kylie McFarland.
The family will receive friends one hour before services. Flowers are welcome, but those wishing may make donations to Moffitt Cancer Center or LifePath Hospice.
