Graveside services for Sandra "Sandi" Hayavi will take place Friday, July 12 at 2 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park in Riverview.
Hayavi died July 9 at the age of 54.
A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Hayavi also devoted 22 years to nursing those in need.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Hadi; sons, Karim and Amir Hayavi; daughter, Layla Hayavi; brother, John Fraser; sister, Brenda Krych; grandchildren, Khalil and Kamran Hayavi.
The family will receive friends one hour before services in the Serenity Meadows chapel.
