Della’s After Dark To Open For Easter Sunday Brunch

Della’s After Dark, located at 608 Oakfield Dr, Brandon, FL 33511, will open on Easter Sunday from 10:30 am until 3:30 pm for brunch. Seating is limited and reservations are preferred to guarantee seating.

Easter Brunch Menu

Tiramisu French Toast, a dish our chef created for the national TV show “Daytime”. The menu will also feature Belgian Waffle with a Chambord whipped cream and warm maple syrup on the side.

Eggs Benedict Oscar; sourdough English muffins adorned with grilled sirloin strip, shrimp and crab au gratin, poached egg and drizzled with a lemon, thyme beurre blanc. This dish is served with grilled asparagus and home style potatoes.

Duck Hash; duck confit mixed with vegetables and potatoes, sautéed and crisped to perfection in duck fat. This sinful combination is then topped with a fried egg, also in duck fat, accompanied by a pan seared duck breast and garnished with our house cured duck prosciutto.

Eggs Your Way; two eggs prepared as you desire and accompanied with your choice of one of the following and served with grilled asparagus and home style potatoes: Grilled Filet Mignon, Maple Glazed Pork Belly, Pan-Seared Salmon with a Lemon, Caper Vinaigrette.

Della’s After Dark’s Easter Brunch menu will also include Jalapeno Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits and Chorizo Gravy, Flourless Chocolate Torte and Cassata as well as a variety of beverages including  mimosa, Italian Champagne (Prosecco di Conegliano), fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, apple juice, San Pellegrino, Aqua Panna, soft drinks, iced tea, coffee (regular and decaffeinated), espresso and cappuccino.
