USEFUL PHRASES IF MARYELLEN ELIA ASKS YOU TO SPEAK

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY SCHOOLS:  School Staff- in the event that Superintendent Elia asks you to speak at the next school board meeting, here are some useful things to say:

Joyce Weiland was the best General Director of ESE ever! Lucky thing that Student Support position was just sitting there vacant, waiting for the Superintendent to transfer Joyce into it.

Remember the time Chairwoman Candy Olson said the word “Malarkey”? Wow, that sure is a funny word. Now what was it she was talking about?

 “Deliberate indifference”; is that the new body spray at Victoria’s Secret?

I think we should form a committee and talk about this for at least the next 9 months.

I am here to speak of my own volition without fear of losing my job and it is just a coincidence that I am here at the same time as these “irrational” parents.

I just love pantsuits. They are so stylish.

I think the Superintendent is doing a great job.

Ugh! Another election and I have to go vote! Why can’t the Superintendent just appoint whoever she wants too?
