This March, the Campo Family YMCA celebrates 10 years of strengthening the foundations of the greater Brandon community. As part of the birthday celebration, nonmembers can join the Campo YMCA or FishHawk YMCA Express for just $10 March 4-6.
“Our staff has worked with our volunteers and members to make a real, lasting impact in this community,” said Cindy Sofarelli, group vice president. “We’ve supported and developed our local kids and teens through youth programs, promoted healthy living and wellness, and reached out to our neighbors who are in need. Together, we’ve worked to make our community more healthy, confident and connected.”
A family-friendly birthday celebration will be held Sunday, March 6, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The event will include arts and crafts, bounce houses, swimming, a Zumba-thon, healthy snacks, crafts, free T-shirts for the first 200 guests and, of course, birthday cake.
