The Winthrop Charter School will host an informational session April 19 at 6 p.m. at the Barn Theatre, 11349 Bloomingdale Ave. Riverview. Under construction at Winthrop Town Centre off Providence Road, the new tuition-free charter school will serve students in grades kindergarten through eight who reside in Hillsborough County.
