- AMVETS Post 44, 318 Pauls Drive, Brandon, will distribute hundreds of toys to needy children in the community Dec. 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Residents are invited to lend a hand and assist with the distribution. Participants are welcome to a free hamburger and hot dog lunch immediately following the event.
