Florida Telecommunications Relay Inc. provides specialized equipment that enables people who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf/blind or speech-impaired to place and receive phone calls at no charge. The company will be at the Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico the third Friday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon. Call (813) 952-6625 to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcomed as well.
