4th Annual Run For the Fallen

FREE Memorial Remembrance Walk/Run (1mile & 5K) to honor our Fallen Florida Heroes from OIF/OEF (Iraq & Afghanistan).  If you cannot walk/run just come out to volunteer, cheer others on or wave flags along the route.  The Florida Fallen Memorial, owned and operated by Jim Vanderbleek, will also be on display for the communities viewing.  A wonderful & touching tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

Hosted by T.A.M.P.A./Tampa Area Marine Parents Association to help our community by offering an event where:

1) We Honor those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice & also their families

2) We Remember by continuing our promise to never let them or their families be forgotten

3) We Educate  our community on how to give back to those who have given so much

Opening Ceremony 9a.m. - walk/run follows immediately

Needed:  Particpants to represent each Fallen Hero from Florida

2008/participants & spectators = 230+

2009/participants & spectators = 350+

2010/participants & spectators = 750+

2011 Goal - 1000
