Free back-to-school immunizations and physicals will be available for school-aged children (grades K-12) who are entering Florida schools for the first time Aug. 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Eisenhower Middle School, 7620 Old Big Bend Rd., Gibsonton (appointment recommended, walk-ins limited)
Parents or legal guardians must accompany their children at all times, and prior immunization records are required for children to receive these free immunizations. No Head Start or day care physicals will be available. Appointments are recommended and can be made by calling 813-443-3048.
