The Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico will host a Young Cartoonist Club Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Children will learn about the art of cartooning. The library will provide drawing materials and instruction to advance children's skills and spark their imaginations.
