A British-American Block Party will take place Friday, Nov. 16 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Plaza Bella shopping center on Bloomingdale Avenue in Valrico. The fun includes a James Bond-themed treasure hunt and trivia contest, Mini Cooper craziness, fish and chips provided by Cheddar Biscuit, a costume competition, music and holiday gifts. Admission is a minimum donation of $5 or the equivalent in nonperishable food for the Emergency Care Help Organization. Call 813-681-8686.
