St. Stephen Catholic Church, 5049 Bell Shoals Rd., Valrico, will host its annual Blue Mass to honor and pray for all branches of the military and first responders. Service men and women, police officers, firefighters and other emergency personnel are invited to come in uniform and participate in the procession.
