Aid for Veterans Seminar

Osenton Law Offices, PA, is partnering with The Bridges Retirement Community, 11202 Dewhurst Dr., Riverview, to help educate wartime veterans about a benefit through the federal "Improved Pension with Aid and Attendance" that can help offset the cost of living in a retirement community for a wartime veteran or his/her surviving spouse. 

Any member of any branch of the armed services who served 90 consecutive days on active duty including one day during a war is eligible for $1,644 or more reimbursement for assisted or independent living expenses if he has served during World War II, the Korean Conflict, the Vietnam War or other more recent conflicts.
