Detoxifying the Body: Sat., Nov. 16, 2013 @ 9:00 a.m. Family Recreation Complex. This class will discuss the need to detox the body. Just like your car gets clean oil, we need to clean up our body. Out with the old, and in with the new. Our bodies are continually regenerating and we need to make sure our “regenerating organs” are working at their optimal levels. It’s all about the colon, liver, kidney and bladder! Get ready to learn how to do some housecleaning on the cellular level! Class will be held at the Family Recreation Complex.
