“Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible today (Wednesday) and tonight as a frontal boundary settles into northern Florida and upper energy moves over the area,” a hazardous weather outlook report states. “Strong gusty winds ... deadly lightning and brief heavy rains will be possible with the stronger storms.”

The news is much the same for Friday and Saturday, as well. Things start to clear out a little bit on Sunday when the chance for rain drops to 40 percent.
