Taking Vitamin C ? Make sure you get your money's worth.

Quick tip:

If you are taking Vitamin C, make sure you are getting the "whole" version, and not just the Abscorbic acid.  The Abscorbic acid is the "shell", which while good for you,  is a bit harder for your body to properly use.  Get your money's worth !
