Have a Healthier Diet Using Your Smartphone.

Sick of counting calories? There is a GREAT new smart phone app which can help you improve your eating habits and eat heathier.

A few weeks ago I stumbled upon a great app from Massive Health. The app is called "The Eatery" and it gives awesome information about your eating habits. It is great because it is NOT a calorie counter, but rather a lifestyle app designed to look at your daily habits. By identifying your habits, you are then able to make better decisions.

The process is simple: you snap a picture of your food and rate how healthy it is. Users do this for one another and then you get the resulting information of your eating habits.

Check out the app here- https://eatery.massivehealth.com/

Use The Eatery to snap photos of your food. We’ll give you something much more helpful than calorie counts.

We’ll provide a big-picture breakdown of your habits, including your strengths, weaknesses, and the best places to start making a change. Other apps tell you about your food. We tell you about yourself."
