Kid's Community College® (KCC) named one of Tampa Bay's 2014 Top 100 Workplaces

KCC, award winning, nationally accredited provider of public charter and private preschool education was very honored to be voted one of Tampa Bay Times 2014 Top Workplaces by their employees.  KCC employees have so honored Kid's Community College with this award every year since 2012 but this year KCC was also named to the prestigious 2014 Top 100 Workplaces List.  The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback from an employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.

Established in 2003 by Timothy B. Kilpatrick, Sr., Kid's Community College® strives to be the national provider of high-quality nurturing and learning environments for preschool and charter school that prepare early childhood, elementary and middle school students to excel developmentally and academically. Kilpatrick incorporated Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligence Theory into the foundation for KCC and each staff member directs their activities toward student success by offering a strong foundational system of learning taught to the specific learning modality of each student they serve.

KCC also applies this foundational approach (It's Not How Smart You Are, But How You Are Smart) to their associates, tapping into their strengths and offering opportunities for further education, while providing a competitive benefits package.

KCC remains appreciative of our employees whose survey responses once again propelled us to be listed as one of Tampa Bay's 2014 Top 100 Workplaces.  We pledge to continue to do our very best for our students, families and staff!
