Who's Running For Honorary Mayor Of Riverview?

Three candidates on behalf of four charities and the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce aim to become the next honorary mayor of Riverview.

At Barnacles in Brandon on Tuesday, Aug. 6, three candidates for the 2014 race for honorary mayor of Riverview officially threw in their hats, signifying their commitment to buy their way into office with the most dollars raised for charity.

The person to unseat is Elijah Heath, this year's honorary mayor of Riverview, who also is a member of the Rotary Club of FishHawk/Riverview and the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce, which each year runs the honorary mayor race.

Money raised support's the candidate's charity of choice and the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce.
