Valrico-FishHawk Chamber Plans Business After Hours

In addition to membership meetings, the newly formed chamber is hosting ribbon cuttings and after-hours events.

The newly formed Valrico-Fishhawk Chamber of Commerce is off and running, hosting membership meetings, ribbon cuttings and business after hours events.

The club hosted its first meeting of the new year Jan. 9 at the Campo Family YMCA, 3414 Culbreath Rd., Valrico, featuring speaker Rich Clarendon, senior planning manager for the Tampa-Hillsborough County Metropolitan Planning Organization.

Clarendon filled chamber members in on the county's long-range transportation plans as well as needed improvements, giving chamber members a chance to voice their opinions afterward.
