How long have you lived in the area? Moved recently in the Riverhills area.

What do you love about living and working in our town? The people are SO friendly! I've really gotten to know everybody and when you see somebody at 6 a.m. everyday and they're that pleasant everytime, i'ts almost shocking, but i'm sure they think the same about me.

What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you? How hard I have been working with my crew to change things. A lot of new things happening this month: lower prices, new menu items, you can book a private dinner party, event or meeting after hours, and we still do deliveries!

Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service: A customer came in for a regular coffee once; a few minutes later he came back in and sat down. I came up to him and asked him how his coffee was, he said it was great but the reason he was back was because he locked his keys in his car and his wife didn't get off work for five hours. Luckily, we have free refills and I have a AAA card, so he didn't have to wait five hours (our store closed in two). In the much shorter wait time he ended up trying our lunch and loving it; now he comes here every week.
