In business since: Business was existing since 2000, we took over in 2005

How long have you lived in town? Moved to FishHawk in 2003.

What do you love about living and working in our town? We at Formaggio's love the many positive reactions we get from our customers. We very often give to the local schools and events/drives and we love the appreciations/ thank yous we get.We also love the local families that  have practically become an extension of our own family because of there love for us a family running the restaurant.

What do you wish everyone who came into your restaurant knew about you? I want everyone to know that we want to treat everyone like we truly value the fact they walked in. I have often said this "Judge us by how we take care of a problem/mistake not if we make one".

Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service: One time we made a mistake and gave the wrong 4 pie order to a customer for a party they where having ($50 dollar order) and when he came back with the pies Donna comped the order let him keep those pies (can't take them back anyway) and gave him his 50 dollar order free of charge due to the inconvenience we caused him. The party was within one mile of us. He was shocked/amazed and has been our customer ever since then. (That is a typical way we handle a mistake)
