Going Back to Glam Fashion Show Scheduled at Winthrop Barn Theatre

Royalty X Thr33 Boutique will present its first fashion show featuring couture clothing for spring and summer.

Fashion divas looking for a night out on the town are in for a treat this weekend.  The Going Back to Glam Fashion Show hits the Winthrop Barn Theatre, 11349 Bloomingdale Ave., Riverview, this Saturday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m.

Royalty X Thr33 Boutique owner Desiree Cunningham will host her first fashion show featuring cutting-edge couture for spring and summer collections.

Royalty X Thr33 Boutique opened its doors in December in the Winthrop Town Centre in Riverview. Since then, Cunningham has wanted to put together her first fashion show in Riverview with couture clothing for women in the area.

“I wanted to feature a night that was fun and had affordable fashions for all women," said Cunningham.

Cunningham moved to Riverview when her husband, a United States Naval officer, was transferred to the area from California.

Cunningham describes herself as an “over-the-top, dramatic personality” with a love of fashion.

That is what you can expect from this weekend. There will be approximately 15 models from Model Mayhem featuring the couture clothing. The women and girls also will wear some Sabby Chic Boutique clothing. Located in Sarasota, Sabby Chic is the guest boutique selling top fashions like Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Christian Dior and much more.

The models will be styled by Nu Image salon and Tanya Gay, a local stylist. There will be a "swag bag"  raffle featuring gift certificates from Winthrop Town Centre stores Royalty X Thr33 and Starbucks as well as chocolates from Bellafia Chocolate Boutique and jewelry from Lady Chameleon.

A great night out for you and your girlfriends or family members, the fashion show will have hors d’oeuvres, wine, dessert and champagne to truly make it a fun and entertaining night out.  The whole evening is free and is open to the public, so grab your gal-pal and head out to the Winthrop Barn Theatre this Saturday.
