FishHawk Ranch Ranked Top 20 in U.S.

Newland Communities has announced that FishHawk Ranch placed 20th on the renowned Robert Charles Lesser & Co. annual list of top-selling master-planned communities in the United States.

As a near “fixture” on this national ranking, Newland attributes FishHawk’s success to the extensive selection of home styles, quality builders and incredible amenities; including the unique 25-mile trail system and A-rated schools.

The RCLCO top 20 list began in 1994 and is based on a survey of more than 400 master-planned communities nationwide. Thirty percent of those communities represented on the RCLCO list this year have been created by Newland Communities, the only developer on the list with top-selling communities in multiple markets.
